I need help getting my app to work
Most app issues can be fixed by:
Checking your internet connection
- Make sure you have an active connection (WiFi, 3G, 4G, 5G, LTE).
- Ensure your WiFi router is on and nearby.

Updating the app
- Visit your device’s app store.
- Go to your profile or settings.
- Update the app to the latest version.

I'm having trouble accessing my account
Email us at and include your email address or username so we can help faster.
I want to delete my account or data
For apps with accounts (Coupled, Love Notes, SuperBFF, 2 Truths 1 Lie, Gossip, NoCap!, Spinner Party, Mood Pass, Stretching Workout, Posture Workout), open the app, go to account settings, and choose delete. This removes your name, profile picture, and all app data permanently.
For all other apps, uninstalling removes all data from your device. See our privacy policy for more info.
I want to cancel my subscription
No problem! You can manage or cancel your subscription through the app store on your phone.

I want a refund
Apple and Google handle all payments, so refund requests go through them. If you were charged, it probably means the cancellation didn’t go through in time.
